The Parking & Transportation Department is currently seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer to join their team of professionals.
Duties Include- Conceptualizes, designs, and produces packaging, advertising, branding and collateral materials.
- Helps manage projects including timeframe, deadlines, and print coordination.
- Converts existing low-resolution artwork or sketches from designers to a print-ready layered file.
- Interprets educational media/communication administrative rules and policies and recommends new and improved programs and /or technologies to effectively manage educational media/communication administration.
- Performs essential duties in any emergencies such as hurricanes, public health emergencies, and/or any other university emergency closing. The employee is expected to be available to report to work as needed during university emergency closing with appropriate notification of a department administrator.
- Performs other related duties as required or as directed. The omission of a specific duty does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of appropriate experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Create Suite and requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
