Job Summary
The Parking & Transportation Department is currently seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities- Conceptualize, design, and produce packaging, advertising, branding, and collateral materials.
- Help manage projects, including timelines, deadlines, and print coordination.
- Convert existing low‑resolution artwork or sketches from designers to a print‑ready layered file.
- Interpret educational media/communication administrative rules and policies and recommend new and improved programs and/or technologies to effectively manage educational media/communication administration.
- Perform essential duties in emergencies such as hurricanes, public health emergencies, and/or other university emergency closings. The employee must be available to report to work as needed during such closings with appropriate notification of a department administrator.
- Perform other related duties as required or directed; the omission of a specific duty does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
