We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Architect K-12 to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. Responsibilities

Architecture Design:
Develop creative and practical architectural designs for K-12 educational facilities, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models that meet the specific needs and requirements of each project.

Project Management:
Oversee the entire architectural process from concept development to construction administration, coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

AutoCAD and Revit:
Use AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.

Educational Construction:
Apply knowledge of educational construction to ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with a team of architects, engineers, and designers in design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to integrate diverse perspectives into final designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).

Minimum 5 years of experience working as an architect with a focus on K-12 educational facilities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional architectural designs for K-12 facilities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and motivating a team.
