Senior Project Manager

Overview

VIA Design Studio is hiring an Architectural Project Manager for our office in Miami, Florida.

As a VDS Project Manager, you will grow your PM skill while being responsible for successfully managing multiple architectural projects and mentoring junior staff. You will apply your attention to detail and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional projects on time and budget.

VIA Design Studio provides a great opportunity for professional growth and exposure to a variety of project types. Our portfolio currently includes Educational, Commercial, Residential, Civic, and International trendsetting projects.

• 5+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on educational and commercial architecture projects
• Experience leading, managing and mentoring project teams
• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
• Great attitude, ready to hit the ground running

• Manage all phases of projects, from set-up and design to construction administration
• VDS Create and communicate project objectives and project requirements
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and set-up with sub-contractors and consultants
• Manage project teams, comprised of project architects and designers
• Track financial performance of the project
