This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will oversee architectural projects from concept through completion, coordinating design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities. Responsibilities include developing project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress, managing scope and quality, and facilitating communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The role involves leading project meetings, preparing status reports, addressing design and technical issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
The Project Manager will mentor team members, support resource planning, and help maintain strong client relationships through proactive, solutions-focused project delivery.
- Demonstrated project leadership skills, including Project Management experience overseeing architectural or design-focused projects from initiation through closeout.
- Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to move project documentation, permitting, and approvals efficiently through internal and external processes.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, including coordination of site visits, construction observations, quality control checks, and documentation of findings.
- Logistics Management capabilities, such as coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables across multiple disciplines, vendors, and project phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools and design software (e.g., MS Project or similar, Revit/AutoCAD) and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience with commercial, workplace, hospitality, or mixed-use projects preferred; familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permitting in Florida is beneficial.
