About the Role Fontainebleau Development is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Design Intern to support our team on luxury real estate projects in South Florida. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on design experience in a professional setting.

Job Description Assist designers with concept development, drawings, and project presentations

Research materials, finishes, and furnishings; prepare mood boards and spec sheets

Support the creation of renderings and visual marketing materials

Help organize project files and drawing sets Participate in team meetings and occasional site visits

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Sketch Up Strong design curiosity and a good eye for aesthetics

Organized, dependable, and eager to learn in a team environment

Portfolio of academic or personal design work preferred.
