Kick-start your career in design and delivery with Grant Fit Out. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry‑level professional to gain hands‑on experience across design, BIM, and live project environments, supporting the successful delivery of high‑quality fit‑out projects. Working closely with our BIM & Design Co‑ordination Manager, you will play an integral role in translating design concepts into technical solutions, coordinating information, and supporting project teams from concept through to completion.
Based at our Head Office in Newry, this role will also involve occasional travel to project sites across Northern Ireland, ROI, and Great Britain. At Grant Fit Out, you’ll be part of a team where people are challenged, supported, and valued, with real opportunities to grow and develop your career.
- Produce and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Update and revise designs in line with client feedback, coordination meetings, and technical submittals.
- Create high‑quality 3D models, visualisations, and renders using Revit and Enscape.
- Support the management of the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date project information.
- Attend site meetings to understand design requirements and support project delivery.
- Carry out site surveys, capturing accurate data to inform design development.
- Coordinate technical queries and ensure all design information is aligned and current.
- Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Experience or interest in BIM and structured information management.
- Full driving licence.
- Work on high‑profile, high‑quality fit‑out projects.
