Manager of Interior Design

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Development Manager in Miami, FL to lead interior design projects from concept through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities:

* Lead interior design projects across all phases (concept through construction documentation)

* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee design consultants

* Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables

* Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and design teams

* Facilitate design reviews, meetings, and presentations

* Oversee space planning, materials, and FF&E specifications

* Track project financials and ensure alignment with timelines

* Identify risks and drive issue resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field

* 8+ years of interior design experience (hospitality, retail, or entertainment environments)

* 3+ years of project management experience

* Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and FF&E

* Experience managing large-scale or multi-site developments preferred

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Willingness to travel

Technical

Skills:

* AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up

* Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion

* Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
