HNDN is looking for a Project Manager to join the team in Miami. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career professional with hands‑on architectural or design experience who is ready to take ownership of project workflows and grow within a design‑driven environment.

You will serve as the central point of coordination across active projects, keeping clients, consultants, and internal teams aligned from schematic design through construction administration.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage project timelines and milestone schedules, ensuring all phases progress on track and stakeholders are informed of key dates and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, leading check‑ins, preparing status updates, and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate with external consultants including structural, MEP, civil, and landscape, as well as vendors, to align on scope, schedules, and submittal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and quality review of construction documents, drawing sets, specifications, and permit submissions.
  • Track project correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes to maintain a clear project record.
  • Identify potential scope changes, schedule risks, or budget concerns and escalate them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate across internal disciplines to ensure design intent is maintained through documentation and construction.
What We Offer
  • A hybrid work model that supports flexibility and work‑life balance.
  • Mentorship from experienced architects and senior project leads.
  • Exposure to a diverse, design‑forward portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • A tight‑knit, collaborative team culture that values ideas at every level.
  • Professional development support, including licensure exam assistance and continuing education.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid time off, firm holidays, and team‑sponsored events throughout the year.
