A leading international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Design and Process Manager to oversee the pre-construction design process for a portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts across Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States.
Working at the centre of the development function, you'll ensure architectural projects move efficiently from concept through design development and into construction, coordinating multiple stakeholders while maintaining programme, quality and commercial objectives.
The RoleYou'll lead the architectural design management process across several major developments, ensuring projects are fully coordinated before construction begins.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing architectural design programmes and project milestones
- Coordinating architects, engineers, interior designers and specialist consultants
- Driving multidisciplinary design reviews and technical coordination
- Managing stakeholder alignment across Development, Operations, Procurement and Construction
- Ensuring projects meet programme, budget and operational requirements
- Identifying design risks and resolving issues before construction
- Supporting procurement and tender readiness
- Maintaining governance, quality standards and design consistency across multiple projects
We're looking for someone who combines architectural expertise with exceptional project leadership.
You’ll likely have:- Degree in Architecture
- 8+ years managing hospitality, mixed-use or large commercial developments
- Strong pre-construction and design management experience
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Knowledge of design governance, scheduling and construction delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
