The OpportunityAs the Construction Administration Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact among the design teams, clients, consultants, and contractors throughout construction.
Rather than managing a single project, you’ll oversee construction administration across multiple luxury residential projects, ensuring architectural intent is maintained while delivering an exceptional client experience from groundbreaking through project completion.
You’ll join projects during the Construction Documents phase, provide valuable QA/QC feedback before bidding, and then lead construction administration through closeout.
What You’ll Do- Lead construction administration for multiple high‑end residential projects
- Coordinate and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction documentation
- Conduct site observations and prepare detailed field reports
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout construction
- Partner with contractors to resolve field issues while protecting design intent
- Lead owner‑architect‑contractor (OAC) meetings
- Coordinate punch lists, project closeout, and as‑built documentation
- Collaborate with Project Architects across the firm to resolve design questions quickly
- Identify project risks early and recommend practical solutions
- Help improve construction administration processes and mentor junior staff
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Architecture preferred)
- 5+ years of architectural construction administration experience
- Extensive experience with large custom luxury residential projects
- Strong understanding of Florida construction practices and building processes
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation
- Ability to confidently communicate with owners, contractors, consultants, and design teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Procore, Newforma, or Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
- Architectural registration is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits- $125,000-$150,000 salary
