Senior Landscape Architect

An established, multidisciplinary design and engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join its growing team in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in the planning, design, and delivery of a diverse range of projects across the public and private sectors.

Working within a collaborative environment, you'll contribute to high-profile developments while mentoring junior team members and helping shape projects from concept through construction.

• Lead landscape architecture projects through all phases of design and delivery.
• Prepare and review site plans, planting plans, grading concepts, construction documentation, and technical details.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, engineers, architects, and environmental professionals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (or actively working towards licensure).
• Strong technical knowledge of site development, planting design, grading, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, Sketch Up, or Lumion is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
