Permanent Architect – K-12

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year

We are a leading firm in educational construction dedicated to creating innovative and functional spaces that inspire young minds. As a Permanent Architect – K‑12, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high‑quality K‑12 facilities.

Responsibilities

Architecture Design: develop creative and practical designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, to meet project requirements.

Project Management: oversee the entire architectural process from concept development to construction administration, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

AutoCAD and Revit: create accurate and detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit.

Educational Construction: apply expertise in K‑12 construction to ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Collaboration:

work closely with architects, engineers, and designers during design charrettes, brainstorming, and client meetings to integrate all perspectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience working on K‑12 educational projects, with a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative K‑12 architectural solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership abilities to manage and mentor junior architects and designers.
