Project Architect

Overview

An established architecture and design practice is seeking a Project Architect to join its growing Miami office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects while collaborating with talented multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate is a licensed architect (or actively pursuing licensure) with strong technical expertise, project coordination experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Produce and oversee construction documents, specifications, and technical detailing.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project objectives.
• Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Support project planning, permitting, and construction administration activities.
• Participate in client meetings and present design and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance throughout project development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical challenges.

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Architectural licensure preferred, or actively working toward registration.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design software.
• Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating consultant drawings.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and applicable codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
