The studio helps clients achieve fully furnished, highly personalized homes in a short time frame, without sacrificing quality or luxury. In addition to residential interior design, Sensi Casa offers high-end home staging, furniture procurement, turnkey furnishing solutions, furniture rental, and the transformation of spec homes into distinctive designer properties.
Led by founders Chiara Sensi-Contugi and Diego Guarderas, the studio blends European-inspired aesthetics with strong business execution and project management. Known across Miami neighborhoods such as Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Fisher Island, and Palm Island, Sensi Casa delivers elegant, warm, and functional homes tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
