We are partnering with a leading aircraft leasing platform seeking a Technical Director to join its asset management function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical professional to lead complex aircraft transition projects while supporting commercial activity across the aircraft leasing lifecycle.

• Lead aircraft transition activities including lease returns, acquisitions, sales, repossessions and other technical projects.
• Provide technical expertise to support transaction reviews, negotiations and commercial decision-making.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, vendors and maintenance providers to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor aircraft condition, maintenance activity and contractual compliance throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

• Proven experience leading aircraft maintenance, transition or major modification programmes.
• Strong understanding of aircraft leasing, maintenance planning and technical documentation.
• Experience reviewing and supporting commercial and technical agreements within an aviation environment.
• Engineering qualification, maintenance licence or equivalent technical background, with the flexibility to travel internationally as required.
