Company Description  supports small to mid-sized businesses that are opening, expanding, or renovating office spaces. The team of in-house designers, space planners, and account managers guides clients through workplace design, furniture selection, budgeting, delivery, and installation. The company offers a broad range of furniture makes, models, finishes, and configurations to meet functional and aesthetic needs. Clients can visit the showroom and offices in Miami or request onsite consultations.

Role Description The Workplace Furniture Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position focuses on guiding business clients through the process of planning and furnishing their office spaces, from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, collaborating with designers and space planners on workplace layouts, presenting furniture options and configurations, and preparing proposals aligned with budget and timelines.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients in their spaces to measure and discuss their needs.
  • Design the solution using our proprietary design software, collaborating with our in-house designers and space planners on workplace layouts.
  • Present furniture options and configurations, and prepare proposals aligned with budget and timelines.
  • Schedule meetings to review designs and quotes.
  • Coordinate with OF4S account managers and operations teams to deliver and install your client's order. Monitoring orders, delivery schedules, and installations.
  • Maintain product knowledge, support showroom visits, conduct onsite office assessments, and provide training on workplace furniture solutions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting skills: client needs analysis, solution presentation, and relationship management.
  • Project management skills: overseeing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • Training skills to support client education on product features, workplace standards, and best practices.
  • Preferred: experience in office furniture, commercial interiors, or related industries; proficiency with design or layout tools; strong communication and negotiation skills; and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field preferred.
