Senior Interior Designer​/Project Lead

This interior architecture studio works across high end residential and hospitality projects, with a strong focus on bespoke, client-led design. As the Miami team expands, they are looking for someone who can take ownership of both the creative direction and client relationships.

• Lead luxury residential projects from concept to installation
• Build and manage relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposals
• Develop design concepts, materials, and FF&E selections
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Support and mentor junior team members

• 8
  -12 years of interior design experience, ideally in luxury residential
• Strong portfolio showcasing high end, detail focused work
• Confident in client facing roles and leading discussions
• Experience contributing to business development
• Proven ability to deliver projects from concept to completion
• Good knowledge of materials, FF&E, and bespoke design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
