Position Summary

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking a fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join and support our growing practice in Sarasota, FL. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice a high percentage of musculoskeletal imaging in one of Florida's most desirable coastal communities. The position offers a balanced case mix, supportive colleagues, and an outstanding lifestyle.

• Case Mix:
  Approximately 80-100% musculoskeletal cases, with the remainder consisting of general diagnostic studies
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.
  
  -5:00 p.m.
• Weekend Coverage:
  Low volume averaging only 12 weekend days per year (8:00 a.m.
  
  -4:30 p.m.)
• Moonlighting:
  Access to RAF's internal moonlighting program, offering unmatched flexibility to work additional shifts remotely – no commitment required

• Radiology department provides both inpatient and outpatient imaging services, including MRI and CT, fluoroscopy and X-rays, two nuclear medicine suites, stress testing, and a bi-plane interventional radiology suite

• Procedures are not required; radiologists who wish to maintain procedural proficiency will be supported
• We foster a team-based practice environment, and the incoming radiologist will collaborate with a seasoned group of subspecialists
• The role includes expert interpretation of diagnostic imaging and clinical consultations

• Sarasota Memorial Hospital (897 beds) – Flagship facility in Sarasota
• Sarasota Memorial Hospital – Venice – Full-service sister hospital
• Sarasota Memorial Hospital – North Port Campus (Opening Fall 2028) – New 100-bed acute care hospital under construction
• Intercoastal Medical Group Imaging – wide range of imaging services including nuclear medicine and PET/CT

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited radiology residency
• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology
• Medical license or eligibility to obtain a license in the state of Florida
