Adolescent, Peds, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric, Adults 18+ Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:
Emergency Credentialing will be performed Facility Reimbursement:
Facility reimburses for Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate Prefer to have local candidates but if not available, the following limitations are to be in place:
No first class or business class tickets for airline - coach should be used No luxury hotel reservations Required Procedures:
Neurosurgery Cases Clot Removal Tumor Removal Shunt Insertion or Revision Diskectomy Laminectomy Spinal Fusion Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty Spine Stabilization and Reconstruction CSF Sampling from Shunts or External Ventricular Drains External Ventricular Drain Management About the Opportunity:
