Vascular Neurology Opportunity in Miami, Florida

Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking to employ a Vascular Neurologist to join its well-established program at its Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute (MNI), part of Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care. The team, which includes over two dozen physicians across eight locations, performs over 1,500 surgeries each year and offers more than 30 clinical research studies.

• Full‑time opportunity
• Board eligible/board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and fellowship‑trained in Vascular Neurology
• Board certification in Vascular Neurology at time of hire preferred but can be obtained within the allotted eligibility timeline
• MD/DO from an accredited institution, an active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure by the start date), and satisfactory completion of all due diligence and credentialing requirements
• In‑depth knowledge of managing stroke calls, stroke prevention clinic, acute inpatient stroke consultation, and collaboration with neurointerventional and ICU teams

• Provide acute inpatient stroke consultation and care coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in the MNI Joint Commission Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center services, contributing to high‑volume thrombolytic care with low door‑to‑needle times
• Collaborate with academic partners at Florida International University (FIU) and Florida Atlantic University (FAU) to support residency and neurology training programs
