Are you passionate about serving students with special needs in a Christ-centered environment? Holy Cross Lutheran School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Leader to join our team. This individual will oversee and support our special education program, ensuring that every student is nurtured academically, spiritually, and emotionally to reach their God-given potential.

We are looking for an individual to provide targeted services to our exceptional education students; this could be a full, part-time, or temporary contracted position.

• Design accommodation plans for students
• Regularly review student data and conference with families, teachers, students, and administration regarding progress and adjusting accommodations based on the data
• Provide support and recommendations to teacher regarding interventions and supports for students with exceptional educational needs
• Collaborate with families, school leaders, and the church community to foster holistic growth and development
• Ensure compliance with educational standards while seamlessly integrating faith into instruction and learning environments

• A strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a deep alignment with the Christian faith
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education (Master’s preferred) and relevant certifications
• Proven leadership experience in special education or a related field
• A heart for ministry and the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide others
