Hybrid (Miami, US)

In conjunction with the Regional Head of FP&A, Regional Management Accountants and School Finance Directors, you’ll help us to maximise the short- and long-term EBITDA goals for the organisation through the development and provision of insightful, accurate and timely financial analysis. You will also work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, HR and Academic functions to drive data into insights into action and get the opportunity to work on key projects, build dashboards and improve processes supporting this goal.

This role requires a high degree of independence and accountability, with the ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and deliver high-quality insights with minimal supervision.

As a genuine team-player, you’ll work together with our central, regional, and local finance teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our reporting and forecasting processes. You will serve as a key liaison between our functions and provide insights through data, dashboards and make actionable recommendations to management on these insights and process improvement.

Your role will impact the organisation by ensuring that key stakeholders receive the required information to make timely strategic and operational decisions to maximise the value of the organisation.

• Assist on the analysis of financial data to better understand historical performance and to project future financial performance, including analysis of pre- and post-acquisition reviews, cost saving initiatives and school expansion projects.
• Assist on the analysis of non-financial data to better understand key underlying drivers to our business and highlight key insights while proposing calls to action with senior leadership. Work collaboratively with our functions on their requirements including ad-hoc projects relating to these insights and data.
• Analysis of monthly business performance providing details of key variances and any corrective action required enabling region and local functions to make more informed decisions.
