Middle School Math Teacher

St. Michael the Archangel Catholic School in Miami, Florida is seeking a qualified Middle School Math Teacher for the coming 2025-26 school year. This teacher will be expected to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program for Middle School Math students. This teacher performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Salary will vary based on certification and years of experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Math Education, or subject-related field.
• FDOE Teaching certificate in Mathematics; temporary or professional preferred or is in the process of applying (considered with statement of eligibility).
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong presentation skills with use of instructional technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  PowerPoint a plus.
• Good spelling and grammar required.
• Effective oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
• Fully committed, supportive, and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in a Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
