Overview

This role is perfect for a clinically experienced professional who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing strong academic programs. You will create and deliver high-quality instruction, support student success, and help foster a collaborative academic environment rooted in excellence, integrity, and compliance.
Hourly Rate: $40–$45/hour (based on experience)

– Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain course outlines, syllabi, and detailed lesson plans
- Select appropriate textbooks and instructional materials
- Deliver engaging instruction through lectures, demonstrations, and interactive discussions
- Assess and evaluate student performance throughout the program
- Provide timely feedback on exams, assignments, and projects
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
- Communicate professionally and promptly via email and voicemail
- Participate in commencement, orientations, committees, and university events
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Allied Health Division leadership
- Support continuous program improvement and curriculum updates
- Contribute to scholarly and professional development activities
- Ensure compliance with all university policies and federal/state regulations (FERPA, Title IX, GDPR, FIPA, etc.)
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of documented clinical experience in radiology
- Active, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration
- Active, unrestricted Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- Experience in curriculum development, instruction, and student evaluation
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and professional work style
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic databases
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to compliance
