You are the individual families will recall when choosing where to enroll their child. From initial contact through enrollment, you define how Alpha is perceived, communicated, and experienced. This position is designed for someone who understands that responsiveness, precision, and genuine attention are not competing priorities—they form the baseline.
Alpha is transforming the concept of school. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology‑driven instruction, and a coherent philosophy that honors students and their families alike. Admissions is the place where that philosophy becomes tangible. Families arrive curious, uncertain, and cautiously optimistic. Your responsibility is to turn doubt into clarity and conviction.
In this position, you own the admissions journey from the moment interest is expressed. You respond to inquiries with speed and professionalism, organize campus tours and student shadow experiences, ensure applicant data remains accurate and current, and facilitate meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha aligns with their child’s needs. This is not a support‑only function. You are client‑facing, process‑oriented, and directly responsible for how families perceive and engage with Alpha.
This is a high‑tempo, campus‑based role suited to someone who thrives on managing concurrent priorities without sacrificing accuracy or interpersonal care. If you value flawless execution, effective communication, and delivering experiences that feel effortless to those you serve, this role provides meaningful ownership and measurable impact.

- Organizing and facilitating admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences for prospective students.

- Engaging directly with families to clarify Alpha’s educational model, respond to concerns, and record insights.
- Collaborating with campus leadership and admissions staff to ensure continuous progress for every prospective family.
- Rendering final decisions on admissions or student enrollment.
- Delivering classroom instruction or participating in daily academic support.
- Relying on aggressive sales methods or pre‑written scripts.
- Operating in a setting where expectations, processes, or goals remain ambiguous.
