• Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—no traditional lectures, only high‑impact coaching at a peer level
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized pacing for each learner
• Facilitating focused small‑group sessions on leadership, life skills, and practical success frameworks
• Guiding students to identify their capabilities and broaden their aspirations via tailored development plans
• Providing feedback, data, and innovative ideas to advance Alpha's evolving educational approach

Inspiring elementary and middle school students to engage deeply with learning while achieving 2x acceleration through AI‑driven methods.

• Ability to work on‑site in Palo Alto, CA;

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.).
• 3 years of direct experience mentoring, coaching, or instructing K–8 students.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
