You are the person families will remember when choosing where to enroll their child. From initial inquiry through final enrollment, you define how Alpha appears, communicates, and fulfills its commitments. This position is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and genuine care are not competing values—they are essential standards.
Alpha is reimagining what education can become. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-driven instruction, and a coherent educational philosophy that honors students and their families. Admissions is where that philosophy becomes tangible. Families approach us with curiosity, doubt, and optimism. Your responsibility is to transform uncertainty into trust.
This role places you at the center of the admissions journey once families express interest. You will answer family questions promptly and with professionalism, schedule and oversee campus visits and shadow experiences, ensure applicant data remains accurate and complete, and guide meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's approach aligns with their child's needs. This is a visible, externally focused position.
You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible for shaping how families perceive Alpha.
This is an on-campus, high-tempo role suited to someone who thrives while juggling multiple demands without sacrificing quality or personal connection. If you value operational excellence, clear communication, and delivering experiences that feel effortless to families, this position provides meaningful autonomy and influence.
