• Preparing equipment, materials, and learning spaces for workshops and instructional sessions.
• Supporting academic staff in day‑to‑day operations.
• Monitoring and facilitating student participation.
• Managing session transitions and coordinating schedules.
• Receiving mentorship from education leaders actively transforming K‑12 schooling.

• Remaining on the sidelines:
  You won't simply observe or supervise from a distance; you'll be hands‑on in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
• Experiencing burnout:
  You aren't required to deliver lectures, lead full classes, or provide emotional counseling (yet); those responsibilities belong to the Guide.
• Performing tasks that lack purpose:
  This is far from just another job. You'll contribute meaningfully to student growth and success, ensuring every working hour counts.

Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's core promises to students: guaranteeing academic achievement, cultivating essential life skills, and developing a genuine passion for learning.

• Able to work on‑site at our Miami campus.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly, with complete flexibility to select your hours within school operation times (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full‑time positions available.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Approachable, child‑friendly demeanor.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a part‑time (20 hours per week), long‑term position.
