• Setting up materials, equipment, and spaces for workshops and learning sessions.
• Supporting academic staff in their daily activities.
• Monitoring and facilitating student engagement throughout sessions.
• Managing session transitions and coordinating schedules.
• Receiving mentorship from leaders who are transforming K‑12 education.

• Staying passive:
  You won’t merely observe or supervise from a distance; you’ll take an active role in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
• Managing complex instructional duties:
  You’re not responsible for delivering lectures, leading full classes, or providing emotional coaching (yet); those are the Guide’s areas of expertise.
• Performing tasks without impact:
  This role goes beyond a typical job. You’ll contribute meaningfully to helping children grow and succeed, ensuring every hour counts.

Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha’s core commitments to students: promoting academic excellence, developing life skills, and cultivating a genuine love for learning.

• Available to work in person at our Miami campus.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full‑time position available.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Approachable, kid‑friendly demeanor.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a part‑time (20 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
