• Setting up materials, equipment, and learning spaces for workshops and sessions.
• Supporting academic staff in their daily activities.
• Monitoring and facilitating student engagement.
• Managing session transitions and coordinating schedules.
• Receiving mentorship from leaders transforming K‑12 education.

• Remaining passive:
  You won't simply observe or supervise from a distance; you'll actively engage in supporting students throughout their learning experience.
• Becoming overwhelmed:
  You won't be responsible for lecturing, leading classes, or providing emotional coaching (yet); these areas are the Guide's specialty.
• Performing meaningless tasks:
  This position offers genuine impact. You'll contribute directly to student growth and development, ensuring every hour counts.

Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's core commitments to students: guaranteeing academic achievement, developing life skills, and cultivating a genuine passion for learning.

• Available to work in person at our Miami campus.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full‑time position available.
• Experience working with kids.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Kid‑friendly, approachable personality.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

This is a part‑time (20 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
