As an Elementary School Teacher at Rambam, you will:

• Create a warm, engaging classroom where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn
• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate, interdisciplinary lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student learning using a variety of tools (benchmarks, MAP testing, formative assessments, etc.)
• Use data thoughtfully to inform instruction and support individual student growth
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to plan instruction, share ideas, and problem-solve together
• Communicate regularly and openly with families about student progress and classroom expectations
• Foster higher-order thinking, curiosity, and a growth mindset in all students
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
• Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices and educational research
• Believe deeply that every child can succeed and work intentionally to make that belief a reality

We’re excited to connect with educators who bring many of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid teaching certification (preferred)
• Experience differentiating instruction for diverse learners
• Familiarity with research-based interventions and tiered instruction
• Comfort working with students from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities
• Strong communication skills with students, colleagues, and families
• Ability to use data to guide instruction and support student growth
• Strong organizational, time-management, and collaboration skills
