Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:
* Preparing course plans and materials
* Delivering courses
* Curriculum Development
* Monitoring progress/attendance
* Advising students
* Recording grades and submitting reports
* Full time nursing faculty lead lecture, lab, and clinical for pre-licensure ASN and BSN courses
* Meeting the credentialing requirements compliant with state licensing agencies and regulatory boards
* Participating in program, institution and community activities
* Supporting the Program Director with programmatic accreditation
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
* Hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing. Doctorate Degree in Nursing is preferred.
* Current unrestricted State of Florida RN License
* Full time nursing practice, minimum 2 years
* Full time teaching experience, minimum 2 years preferred
* Experience with learning outcomes assessments preferred
