Education Administration
You are the person families remember when choosing where to enroll their child. From initial inquiry through final enrollment, you define how Alpha sounds, feels, and fulfills its commitments. This position is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and genuine care are not competing priorities—they are baseline expectations.
Alpha is reimagining what schools can deliver. Our campuses integrate academic excellence, technology‑enhanced instruction, and a clear educational philosophy that honors both students and their families. Admissions is where that philosophy becomes tangible. Families approach us with curiosity, doubt, and hope. Your responsibility is to turn uncertainty into trust.
In this position, you own the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will answer family questions quickly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, ensure applicant records remain flawless, and conduct meaningful discussions that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's model serves their child's needs. This is not a support role. You are visible, precision‑focused, and responsible for how Alpha is experienced by prospective families.
This is an on‑campus, high‑velocity role for someone who thrives on managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or empathy. If you find satisfaction in excellent execution, clear communication, and delivering experiences that feel effortless to those you serve, this role provides genuine ownership and measurable influence.
What You Will Be Doing- Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours using communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's voice
- Organizing and delivering admissions activities, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for prospective students
- Keeping applicant records precise and current across admissions platforms and CRM systems
- Conducting family meetings to present Alpha's educational model, respond to concerns, and capture relevant feedback
- Collaborating closely with campus leadership and admissions colleagues to ensure continuous forward momentum for every prospective family
- Rendering final decisions on admissions or enrollment
- Delivering classroom instruction or contributing to daily teaching activities
- Relying on aggressive sales techniques or inflexible communication scripts
- Operating in settings where expectations, priorities, or performance standards are ambiguous

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
