What You Will Be Doing- Conduct individual and small-group mentoring for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective methods and recognizing documented progress
- Create and lead play-centered learning sessions integrating social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as the instructional model for your team
- Examine and standardize Guide records on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain transparent milestone tracking
- Draft family communications and convene team briefings that synchronize objectives and uphold collective standards supporting school wide PreK readiness targets
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline;
Master s degree or specialized certification is preferred - At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a related area
- Direct experience facilitating group activities with young children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Demonstrated capability in designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone achievement, such as Montessori
- A minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with measurable performance outcomes
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities to produce clear family communications and ensure team coordination
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to in-person work at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support available as necessary

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
