• Create and facilitate advanced learning sessions – Develop workshops (mathematics, science, philosophy, creative writing) and conduct 1‑on‑1 mentorship with 15‑20 gifted students advancing at 5‑10x typical pace.
• Identify and resolve learning barriers – Adjust methods dynamically to support students who have surpassed traditional educational settings and help them discover their intellectual strengths.
• Apply AI for customization.
• Coordinate and refine – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using qualitative insights and quantitative data.

• Prestigious educational background – Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League institution or equivalent university.
• Demonstrated academic achievement – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, early college graduation, or comparable distinction.
• Exceptional academic credential – Prestigious scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university‑level teaching experience.
• 3 years of mentorship background – Coaching, mentoring, or teaching students in any setting.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
