Admissions Associate, Alpha

You will be the person families remember as they decide where to enroll their child. You will influence how Alpha feels, communicates, and fulfills its commitments from the moment of first inquiry through final enrollment. In this position, you will own the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will reply to inquiries promptly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant data accurate and current, and guide meaningful conversations that help parents evaluate whether Alpha aligns with their child's needs. This is a visible, outward-facing role. You will be detail-oriented, responsive, and responsible for shaping the family's perception of Alpha.

This is an on-campus, high-tempo role suited to someone who thrives when managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or interpersonal warmth. • Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours, using communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's values
• Organizing and running admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for prospective students
• Keeping applicant records current and precise across CRM platforms and admissions management systems
• Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to their questions, and capture relevant insights
• Collaborating with campus staff and admissions leadership to ensure each family progresses smoothly through the enrollment process

• Making final decisions regarding admissions or student enrollment
• Delivering classroom instruction or supporting teaching activities
• Relying on aggressive sales techniques or inflexible communication scripts
• Operating in a setting where expectations, standards, or priorities are ambiguous

Create and deliver a high-trust, conversion-focused admissions experience that supports families from initial contact through to confident enrollment decisions.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
• At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
• At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
• Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
• Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
• Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
