  • Collaborate with leadership on program development and future expansion.
Family Engagement & Communication
  • Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, updates, and conferences.
  • Share student progress and classroom experiences with parents.
  • Help foster a sense of community among families within the preschool.
Compliance & Classroom Operations
  • Ensure classroom practices align with Florida childcare licensing requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of student progress and classroom activities.
  • Support health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the classroom.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Experience with Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia approaches is highly desirable.
  • Director Credential is a plus but not required.
