Overview

Program Leader Responsibilities
  • Lead day‑to‑day program operations, ensuring a remarkable experience for schools.
  • Manage high‑energy events, oversee logistics, safety, and team delegation.
  • Lead campus team, delegating tasks, providing feedback and clear instruction.
  • Engage and motivate students, creating fun and impactful experiences.
  • Build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication and intentional care.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with students, faculty and staff.
  • Positive attitude, optimism and enthusiasm when interacting with clients and the team.
  • Growth mindset with a continual desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Good judgment and emotional intelligence, self‑awareness.
  • Outcome‑oriented, hardworking, and able to get things done efficiently.
  • Enthusiastic engagement with students, faculty and staff.
Additional Requirements
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • Pass a background and motor‑vehicle check.
  • Lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
  • Full‑day availability (7:00am – 4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
