Position Overview

This Adjunct is responsible for teaching Student Life Skills courses

What you will be doing
  • Teaches, lectures sections
  • Evaluates and advises students
  • Develops curricula
  • Recruits students
  • Serves on committees
  • Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Social Work, Guidance and Counseling or a related behavioral science; or a Master's degree and 18 graduate hours in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Social Work, Guidance and Counseling or a related behavioral science
  • All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
  • Must demonstrate ability to work and communicate effectively with students
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments
  • Must be able to work in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment
