Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School in Miami, Florida has an opening for a full-time Instructional Aide for the 2027-26 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:

• Associate's degree.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong presentation skills with use of instructional technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint a plus.
• Effective oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
• Good spelling and grammar required.
• Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
• Must have a professional demeanor, including adherence to dress code.
