What

  • We offer an annual salary between $45,000–$50,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate, sign, and issue academic documents including certificates, diplomas, and academic records for active students and graduates
  • Coordinate the printing and issuance of official academic documents
  • Manage apostille processes and ensure proper follow-up and control of required documentation
  • Provide support to active students and graduates via phone, email, and in person
  • Receive and deliver academic documents through in-person, email, and postal channels

    Support the Academic Administrative Management department in daily operations
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance of student academic records and institutional processes
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic administration, student services, registrar operations, or document management
  • Experience handling academic records and official documentation preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills
  • Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work onsite in Miami, FL
