Teachers
We are hiring certified teachers across all content areas and academy locations. If you hold a valid 6–12 or 9–12 teaching certification in Math, English, Social Studies, Special Education, or Science, we want to hear from you.
While a position may not be available at this time, we actively recruit on an ongoing basis. When an opening arises that matches your certification and location, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to connect. Our teaching openings are onsite positions; teachers are expected to be present at their assigned academy location during scheduled academy hours.
The RoleAs a Teacher, you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our students, delivering competency‑based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post‑secondary success. Unlike traditional classroom teaching roles, instructors operate in a personalized, flexible learning environment where instruction is delivered primarily through individualized coaching, small‑group support, and targeted, data‑driven interventions.
Using academy dashboards and student data systems, you will proactively identify off‑track students and provide timely academic support to keep them progressing toward graduation.
