We are looking for a part-time Aftercare Counselor for two separate True North locations.
About the RoleThis is an excellent career opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with children, have a passion for teaching and enriching children's lives, and seek professional growth in a supportive environment.
This is a part-time position from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements- Proficient in the English language
- Associate's degree or higher in education (recommended)
- Background check and fingerprints
- CPR certified
- Previous experience working with children
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Relevant 1 year experience (preferred)
- 10-20 hours per week
- Looking to pursue a career in education
- People-oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Achievement-oriented – enjoys taking on challenges, even if they may fail
- Innovative – prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
