Days: 196 Days Per Year

Responsible for assisting teachers and staff in working with students, organizing and implementing an instructional academic and behavioral program, performing varied clerical duties to support school operations, and carrying out other duties assigned by the principal and other administrative staff.

• Assist teachers and staff with student instruction and support.
• Organize and implement instructional academic and behavioral programs.
• Perform varied clerical duties to support school operations.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the principal and administrative staff.

• Associate Degree with completion of 60 semester hours of college or a passing score of 457 on the Para Pro Test.
• Complete all required training and meet all mandated federal and state health requirements.

Pasco County Schools utilizes the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for fingerprinting and Level II background screening.
