Star Child Academy Elementary in Winter Garden is seeking a caring, dependable, and collaborative Assistant Teacher to support the classroom learning environment in grades K‑5. The Assistant Teacher works closely with the Lead Teacher to provide high‑quality instruction, individualized support, and a safe, nurturing atmosphere that fosters academic and social‑emotional growth.

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Experience working with children in an educational setting (school or childcare center)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well‑being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration.
