Early Childhood Education, Elementary School, Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional, Special Needs / Learning Disabilities
Our family is seeking an exceptional educator to guide the education and development of our daughter as she enters 6th grade.
This is not a traditional teaching position.
We are looking for someone who understands that true education extends far beyond textbooks and standardized curricula. We believe the purpose of education is to develop critical thinkers, problem solvers, leaders, entrepreneurs, compassionate human beings, and individuals of strong character.
Our daughter is bright, curious, kind-hearted, highly capable, and eager to learn. We are seeking an educator who can nurture her intellectual growth while helping her develop wisdom, confidence, resilience, compassion, creativity, and strong values.
ABOUT OUR FAMILYWe are a close-knit family that values faith, integrity, kindness, humility, personal responsibility, entrepreneurship, health, curiosity, lifelong learning, and service to others.
While we have been blessed with success, we believe humility is one of the most important qualities a person can possess. We strive to raise children who are grounded, grateful, compassionate, resilient, and capable of making a meaningful contribution to the world.
Our family travels extensively throughout the year, both domestically and internationally. Learning often takes place far beyond the classroom—in museums, historical landmarks, businesses, farms, cultural experiences, volunteer opportunities, nature, and through exposure to exceptional people and ideas. Because of this, flexibility and adaptability are essential. The ideal candidate will embrace travel as an extension of the classroom and view the world itself as a powerful educational tool.
We believe education should prepare a child not only for college or a career, but for life itself. While academic excellence is important, we place equal value on character, wisdom, discernment, resilience, leadership, compassion, curiosity, personal responsibility, and a strong moral foundation. We are looking for an educator who sees teaching as more than delivering curriculum—someone who is excited to help nurture a thoughtful, capable, kind, and grounded young woman who can thrive in the real world and positively impact those around her.
