- Provide specialized instruction for students in 1st and 2nd grade while collaborating with classroom teachers and related service providers.
- K–6 ESE Teacher
- Part‑time

- Provide ESE services to students across Kindergarten through 6th grade while supporting IEP implementation and student progress monitoring.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals.
- Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s academic, behavioral, and functional needs.
- Adapt curriculum materials, instructional strategies, and classroom accommodations.
- Implement evidence-based instructional practices and positive behavior support strategies.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, therapists, and families to promote student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence.
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Student Education, Special Education, or a related field required.
- Active Florida Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teaching Certification required (or eligibility to obtain).
- Previous experience working with students with diverse learning, developmental, or behavioral needs preferred.
- Knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and special education compliance.
- Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential.
- Elementary school settings serving students from Kindergarten through 6th grade.

- Collaborative multidisciplinary teams including general education teachers, therapists, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers.
