Alpha, in partnership with Crossover, seeks an On-site After-School Program Director for a full-time contractor role across NYC, Miami, or SF. You will own a K‑3 cohort, coach Guides, run live workshops on life skills, and push growth through performance-driven coaching and scalable playbooks.
You will analyze data, run targeted sessions, and document best practices to extend impact campus-wide. Relocation assistance is available and compensation is $100 USD/hour, about $200,000 USD/year.
