Lead Pastor Opportunity

This role involves leading and preaching at a new CE location, building a launch team, raising funds, and growing the campus in partnership with CE's systems and support.

• Lead and preach 70–85% of the service, supplemented by central campus teaching videos.
• Build and lead a launch team, including team building and local outreach.
• Plan, launch, and grow a local church campus in the city of your choice.
• Raise and manage startup and ongoing financial resources through personal networks, fundraising, and local tithes and offerings.
• Collaborate with CE’s Mission Support team and use shared resources such as curriculum, technology, and design templates.

• Strong preacher with proven ability to engage congregations.
• Inspirational leader and effective team builder.
• Experience in growing a group or ministry from small to larger scale.
• Fundraising experience, capable of raising funds through personal networks and collaborating with CE.
• Some college-level education; degree completion not required.
• Ability to begin planning and fundraising promptly; relocation not required immediately.
• Recent preaching or teaching video and a résumé listing primary ministry experiences with start/end dates, education, contact information, and social media accounts.
